Blane’s Breakfast Smoothie
A quick, protein-forward breakfast smoothie — rolled oats and Greek yogurt for staying power, banana and strawberries for sweetness, a little peanut butter and honey to round it out. About five minutes, start to glass.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries
Method
- Add everything to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Loosen with a splash more oat milk if it’s too thick.
Notes
- Use a frozen banana (or a few ice cubes) for a thicker, colder smoothie.
