Blane’s Breakfast Smoothie

A quick, protein-forward breakfast smoothie — rolled oats and Greek yogurt for staying power, banana and strawberries for sweetness, a little peanut butter and honey to round it out. About five minutes, start to glass.

  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. Loosen with a splash more oat milk if it’s too thick.
