Blane’s Overnight Oats
A make-ahead, protein-rich breakfast option — rolled oats and Greek yogurt for staying power, oat milk (I use extra creamy), a little peanut butter and honey to round it out.
Serves 1.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method
- Add everything to a mason jar.
- Stir well.
- Place lid and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
- In the morning, pull the jar from the refrigerator and let it sit for 10 to 30 minutes, per your preference. Top with your favorite fresh fruits and enjoy.
